| CPSI devotes significant and focused time to perform
the quarterly audit, records review, calibrations, report preparation
and generation, preparation for the RS Committee Meeting, etc. As such,
facility personnel are responsible for submitting accurate and complete
records for review and evaluation. CPSI reports are provided in a format
that specifies audit and survey findings and recommendations to the
Radiation Safety Officer for appropriate follow-up, as necessary. |
